CoreVisitor

Overview

The CoreVisitor module is designed to provide a professional and enhanced visitor experience. The solution provides for the full visitor life-cycle from pre-booking to tracking in the event of an emergency.The solution is designed to ensure the organisation is reflected in a professional manner whilst maintaining on-site Health & Safety standards.

Pre-Book Visitor

Visitor details can be booked in advance of arrival with features such as On-File Visitors, Booked Visitors and Frequent Visitors available to reduce the amount of repeated data to be keyed in. These features also enable CoreVisitor to track the number of visits an individual makes to the site for improved reporting.

Visitor Registration

Visitor’s details can be captured on arrival and Visitors can be issued with a pre-defined Visitor Badge. When the Visitor is leaving the site the badge is reclaimed. This ensures that on-site Visitors are included in headcount reports. A Visit reason can be assigned to each visitor enabling more effective management reporting. CoreVisitor caters for Group Visits by enabling the user to only enter details for the visit once to speed up processing. Once the user begins entering a new visitor the system will search by name to determine if they have visited before. Visitors can also be given the ability to self register.

Visitor Pass

CoreVisitor enables users to take a visitor photo, print the photo onto a visitor pass and store the photo so it can be used again. The system allows for multiple Visitor Pass templates to be created, allowing the user to assign the type of pass required.
