CorePVM (Public Visitor Management)

Overview

The CoreAccess Public Visitor Management Solution (CorePVM) provides organisations with an innovative Public Visitor Enrolment Process that works in conjunction with existing security screening infrastructure. CorePVM offers a fast and reliable method of recording visitors to a site whilst providing each visitor with a configurable printed photo pass.

Contractor Details

The Public Visitor units are designed to cope with large throughput as a visitor’s picture can be taken and a photo pass produced every 7 seconds. The operator utilises a simple to use touch screen interface on the master unit to adjust the height of the camera whilst the visitor is given instructions via a monitor. Once the visitor is correctly positioned all the operator is required to do is press the single register button to take the photo, save to the database and print the visitor pass.

A barcode printed on the pass gives security the ability to check details against the database regarding time and entrance of visitor’s arrival.

Audit Trail and Reporting Capabilities

All visitor data is stored in an Oracle database and is available for retrieval for information purposes or incident analysis. An enquiry screen that operates stand-alone or incorporated within CoreAccess gives users the ability to search for Public Visitor photos by entrance location, date and time. Client configurable statistical reports can also be produced from CorePVM displaying Public Visitor data grouped by location, date and/or time.

These reporting screens can be run from any networked client PC and configured to only allow users with appropriate permissions to access them.
