CoreContractor

Overview

CoreContractor enables organisations to manage on-site access control and health & safety for contractors. Contractors are maintained in a similar way to CoreAccess employees with some additional data required such as Company and Access Reason.

Contractor Details

CoreContractor provides a screen to maintain the contractor’s data such as Company, Access Reason and Zone. Details such as On/ Off Site, Security Clearance and Badge Status are clearly indicated using colour codes.

Company Information

Company information is stored for the contractor. Information such as insurance details, health and safety compliance, company logos, signatures and contacts can also be included. Company insurance details can be linked directly to a contractor to invalidate access rights on the expiry of insurances etc. Full workflow processes automate the process of confirming renewal of insurance with contractor companies and thus ensuring your organisation meets its compliance requirements.

Induction

Induction course details can be recorded for the individual contractor, or by department. Expiry dates can also be traced to allow the user to produce reports listing contractors required to renew induction certs. CoreContractor also enables the user to assign contractor access to the site for induction purposes.
