CoreSA (Student Attendance)

Overview

The CoreSA (Student Attendance) module has been designed in conjunction with educational organisations to provide an all encompassing, legislatively compliant and customisable method of monitoring student attendance requirements.

Recording

The CoreSA module can be integrated with the organisation’s current student systems and allows for the creation and maintenance of fully customisable Student Badge records. Attendance can be recorded using a variety of fixed or mobile devices incorporating the chosen identification technology.

Reporting

Within CoreSA is the ability to configure automated emails or letters to notify students of failing attendance and there is also a Student Portal that can be displayed through kiosks or via the organisation’s intranet to enable students to view individual attendance records. The fully customisable CoreBI reporting facility provides easy to read statistics and graphs on factors such as percentage attendance by module, by student or attendance threshold information whilst limiting the type of data viewable by user.
