CoreEH (Emergency Headcounting)

Overview

Employee safety is a key concern for organisations today and with this in mind CoreAccess has developed CoreEH (Emergency Headcounting), a unique emergency headcount module to cater for on-site emergencies and evacuations.

Mustering

During an emergency the pre-determined muster points automatically activate, displaying pre-configured messages or activating their red light beacon. Staff can then ‘swipe it safe’ at these intelligent devices in a safe area of the site.

Emergency Operation

As personnel enter and leave the site, a headcount screen is automatically updated. In the case of an emergency the CoreEH module is automatically triggered to produce an on-site roll call report indicating all current people on site. At any stage during the
emergency CoreEH can produce a ‘missing list’, which is reduced as each employee swipes at the designated safety points. Alternatively headcount reports can be manually checked off by Evacuation Personnel.

The CoreEH solution can allow you to track all personnel on site including visitors and
contractors to determine the last known locations..
